My Penguin ID is 18620480, meaning I joined long before him, and I did, January 7, 2007.
The Red Lei came out on January 27, 2006 and was availible for 2 days.
The Id of a Penguin who has the Red Lei should be around the number 116124 (Joeysgirl's ID)
Meaning he has somehow HACKED THE RED LEI!
