Forum Interface Updates

Club Penguin Planet Layout Update:
It has been a while since there has been any updates to the layout and we realized it is very out of date. We have moved around and removed forums.

Here is what has been done:
-The announcements forum has been merged with forum news.
-Fan art, videos, programming planet, rating room: These forums are now sub forums of Club Penguin Planetarium.
-The writing forum is now a sub forum of media.
-Adoptables is now one forum and does not have two sub forums anymore.
-GFX teams sub forum deleted due to not having a post for over a month.
-Guides in forum discussion have been moved to forum help and support
-posting igloos are gone due to inactivity

We will be doing a bit more still so keep checking on this thread.

I removed the school forum a few weeks ago. It was not active enough to be a forum. If you have a schools topic, you can simply use member blogs or chitchat.

@Shadow Sora: Our goal for this was to make it easier to scroll to the bottom of the forum while having enough forums.
