| i dont have any of those, but i know how to jailbreak them

| 2G touch. Can't believe that multitasking and wallpaper changing are only for 3G iPods and iPhones in the iOS4 update >:@ |

| I have an iPod Touch...2G, I think. 16GB. I want a Classic though...I can't fit all my music on there anymore, and it gets really annoying.

Nah, it's not illegal. If you jailbreak it to download free music it is. It;s just that Apple doesn't really want us to do it. But are parents don't want us making messes, does that stop us?
