| Too Long, Didn't Read version is below me, though I highly recommend you to read the whole thread.
The point of "One word posts". It has no harm at all. It's not spam, it isn't trolling, etc. If anything, it should say no "One Word Threads" instead.
Also, I recently got a infraction for having a one word post. Well, it wasn't. I had a quote! I quoted someone saying, "Fix'd".
iElmo gave me an infraction for that reply. Well, if you look at that post it had more than one word, quote included.
"Oh, sure that's still against the rules" a mod might say. Well then, the rules need to be more specific about that. But so far, the rules don't imply that quotes don't count as a post. My infraction must be removed.
Also, no where does it say what a post is. A post, in the definition of the moderators, is either a thread or a reply.
Oh, also. The rules claims, "Word posts are posts that are one word long. If your post is less than the minimum of two words, please make it longer. No excuses." though iElmo never gave me a warning. It says to make it longer, but nobody notified me of this.
So my infraction should be removed and the rule should be modified or completely removed.
tl;dr version: The "One Word Post" rule is completely stupid.

| I agree. Everytime I gave an infraction for a one word post, I felt really uneasy about it. If the one word is not spam, then it should be fine. But if the one word turns out to be useless to the topic, then a infraction should result. |

| That would seem a legible reason. Maybe I suggest you change the rules to apply that only useless one-word posts will be infracted upon if they do not relate to the subject. |

| It should actually be that if the word is off-topic to it's quote, comment above it or without stating it's a reply to the comment above, or the topic then the user should be infracted. |

| Well, I guess it can be counted as making a joke. And we are not that strict not to allow some fun.
*Infraction removed. But let this be a warning next time. (; |

| We will discuss this in the staff forum because it would mean changing the rules. If we do modify the rule, that would also mean removing all of the infractions that were unfairly given because of the rule.
