Rules have been updated

The forum rules have been optimized. Here are the two changes:

One Word Posts Rule Removed:
The rule for no one word posts has been removed. This does not mean any one word post is acceptable. If your one with has nothing to do with the topic, you will get an infraction.
Ex1: An appropriate one word post:
User1: What is your hair color?
User2: Brown

Ex: A one word post that is considered spam:
User1: Can somebody tell me how to change my avatar?
User2: Nope

Basically, one word posts are now treated as normal posts.
If you remember getting an infraction for a one word post, please post
in the Appeal Your Infractions thread and a staff member will check if
your one word post can be removed or not.
No Backseat Moderating:
We have been seeing a lot of this. It is useless and this rule will hopefully end it.
