How to make transparent images on MSP?

I know this sounds stupid, but MS Paint is the only (Edit: [Insert the word image here]) program I have. (And BTW, I lost Project Dogwaffle when my dad made me a new computer.).

Dogwaffle was a R-Word name for a project anyways.

You must be some kind of supernerd, you then know it is not possible to rasterize and make your background transparent, unless, of course, you color around it with the background color of the place you are going to post it.

There is no transparency in paint. Except for the Windows 7 version, I think.

You cannot use MSpaint to make images transparent.
