Why would we even need moderators. No one breaks the rules and the rules we do break dont affect any of us because we're to old for it. We've really outgrown this entire site havent we?

That's pretty true. If an administrator isn't watching for spam attacks or user-level misdemeanors then they probably shouldn't have the job.
