I never thought it would ever happen, but I got really close to getting suspended today. Yesterday during Language Arts I kicked my friend Dylan right in his hip/ribs area. Not hard or anything, just a nudge. We were sitting down in our seats, so it's not like I brought my foot up super far. FRIDAY: Yesterday's "gift" carried the best Halloween ever.
I woke up, put on my costume, and went to school. We had shortened periods for the hour long party during school. I had a math and vocab test, and that was it for tests. We did this really cool lab in chemistry involving "dry ice". It's a frozen form on carbon dioxide that does not melt. It goes through sublimation (changes from gas to solid, vice versa). For the whole first marking period I've been in drivers ed. instead of gym. The big test is on Monday for me to see if I can get my permit. You have to score an 80% or better. The problem is I think I'm gonna fail it. I failed all tests we took in that class and now the big test is coming and I have a feeling I'm gonna fail that one too and if I do I have to pay to take the test at a Motor Vehicle place. Ahh what should I do? I've been looking over the Driving Manuel over and over.... |

I finally got a new laptop--we were in Best Buy almost all afternoon, but I got an even better laptop than the original Inspiron 1525 I was going to get originally.
Built-in web camera (anyone got Skype?), tight keyboard--no dirt can get in--new mouse (a Logitech), THREE USB Ports (more than any laptop I've ever owned), Intel Centrino Processor, Vista Premium, attachable/detachable WiFi wire (to help catch signal), ability to play and act as a DVD Player, fast websurfing, 250 GB, 4-gig RAM...

This weekend, Domo has effected me so much, and I haven't a clue why. :face:
Anyways, Friday I hung out with my friend's at my best friend's house and played some games outside. Then we watched my best friend's neighbor cut down a tree (what a weirdo!). We all ran and went back to my friend's house. The neighbors who cut down the tree got in trouble. Hehe.
Saturday, I went to my other friend's house for band practice. I am doing a bass part for a song at the variety show held at our school in February. But we were really off task, and ended up playing casino games... | |
