Stop being so paranoid. you don't have any clue what it is you are talking about. If it were a bad or dangerous site, firefox or opera would block it, and it'd be labeled dangerous by Google. You'd also get a bunch of popups from your Antivirus programs saying that it could be dangerous.

It is a dynamic image, why not download it and inspect it's frames, then you'll be able to tell if it is just a gif or not.

EDIT: I took the liberty of checking it out myself, and it looks like it could be a dynamic image, and it also looks like it can't be. I don't know how dynamic images work, I'd have to ask CC. I think it could just be that the track doesn't work properly, but it is supposed to.
