I had forgotten the pass and was unsure about the penguin name so I sent an email to Club Penguin explaining the situation and they, for obvious reasons couldn't just give me the pass and name so I got my dad to ring them up and speak to them and they gave me the right name but wouldn't give me the pass so I had to work it out myself, but finally got there.
