A comma or dot in the post count?

I think you should change it so on the post count instead of 'Posts: 1000' it should say 'Posts: 1,000'

And keep it like that so if someone(Like chao) had a real high post count it's more clean and understandable.

The post count is automatically generated and admins cannot modify it by adding a comma.

In other forum softwares there is a way to tell the forum how to display thousands and millions etc.

Newp, sadly, it's not possible in Forumotion. Nice suggestion, though! I suggest you pass it on to the Forumotion staff.

Who need to add lotsa features because Forumotion REALLY needs them. ;)
