recently, i banned a user from my forum (this is not an ad) for 1 million days.

he was spamming.

if he comes back, can someone give me some tips?

search his posts every day for 20 days.If he spams again, ban him for life, if not just keep an extra eye out for him.

Dude you banned him for 10+ years, I don't think he'll come back afterwards.

IF he registers another account and spams, just IP ban him.

But there is another trouble. The guy changes his IP with some program and registers again in the forum and spams again... :/

Problems like those can be reported to Fourmation. (90% sure :()

Not to many 10 year olds now how to do that stuff tho. The IPs. :P
