Ipod vs. mp3 player

Which one do you like better?I think the ipod but i never really got one i have a mp3 player but not a ipod i sure wish had one! 8)

iPod all the way they are much better I have one and I love it!! :)

The only reason I can see to buy an iPod, is because it syncs with iTunes. But the downsides of iTunes, is that;
1. One dollar per song? If I buy twenty songs, I somehow have to fish out twenty bucks. After awhile it gets expensive.
2. Fourteen dollars for a movie, that only works with the iPod. When I can buy a movie for fourteen bucks, watch it on my TV, computer, or mp3 player. Seems ridiculous.

But of course there are always upsides to the whole iTunes thing. Another bad thing about the iPod, is it costs a fortune and within a year you are likely to lose it or break it. In the end, to me, it isn't worth the large price tag. But of course there are always upsides to buying a more popular mp3, such as the iPod.

Now the great thing about mp3 or mp4 players, is that you can buy a cheap one, and still get results. Yes, they may not sync with iTunes, but they have a lot going for them.

1. Cheaper.
2. Just as much performance as the iPod or more depending on how high you want to go.
3. Most of them have video.
4. You can buy one mp3 player and have it record, play FM radio, play video, and store pictures. But for the iPod you have to buy plug-ins which cost another 50 dollars more or less- per plug-in. And that makes me sad.

So overall I'll go with the mp3 player.

An iPod is an MP3 player. Are you just comparing an iPod with any other MP3 player?


I think iPods are better than any other device. iPods are so easy to use.

I would have an Ipod instead of an MP3 player.

I have a iPod Touch. I totally think it's better than a MP3.
I mean, I have Wi-Fi, YouTube, iTunes Built-In, Safari,Mail, etc.


iPods my choice.

I already get all my music free through Google. Limewire does not work on my computer.

1. $20 shouldn't be that hard to get
2. If you download it through LimeWire, you can add it to itunes and then your ipod
3. iPods are as low as $49 now
4. You can store pictures and play FM and video
5. No plugins ;)
6. iPods are actually pretty durable
7. If you want cheap songs, go to Walmart or limewire

It's a code you paste then you just bookmark it and use it through there. Like for instance if I was looking for In the End by Linkin Park I would type in on my browser "music in.the.end" and it would link me to all mp3 files with In The End
as their name. It can be hard to find some songs, because it has to be files that people have posted on a page, and sometimes you can't even find them.

I preffer the Ipod and I use limewire to not pay for the music and the ipod also has minigames :D

My iPod has never needed repairing, and it's very easy to put music and videos onto it. I would go with iPod, all the way. :)

iPods. They are a bit pricey but what's wrong with business (pricey music)? You should probably be able to fish out 20 bucks. Really.
