Should I ask this girl out?

Well I was wondering if I should ask this girl out.

Signs she likes me:
•She fixed my glasses once.
•She waited for me outside of class when I was late.
•She asked to work with me for a History report.
•After my friend told her I loved her, he asked her if she liked me back and she screamed no. When girls do that, they are trying to hide their feelings.
•Two of her friends said she was into me, and she squealed across the classroom she isn't.
•On the second day of school, I heard her talking to her friend, saying stuff like "Well, he is cute."
•Her friend she was talking to in the last sentence said she likes me, and then she got kind of worried and red and nervous, and then she stood up for her self and was like "Um, I don't..."
•She engraved my name into my big eraser.
•One of her friends was all like "ASK HER OUT!" when she saw me.
•She giggles a lot around me.
•When we barely knew each other, she got too comfortable around me, like she put her arm on my shoulder.
•Sometimes when I stare at her, she turns her head as if she was staring at me.
•When she was doing all the work in a kitchen project, she didn't get mad at me, but she thought it was funny I wasn't doing anything.
•She started hanging out with a couple of my friends.(One of them is working undercover for me to see if she says anything about me.)
•Whenever I look at her, she ALWAYS has her ankles crossed.
•I recall a time when she stared at me for like 40 seconds and she was trying to get my attention.
•Something she doesn't know about her current boyfriend: He asked about 4 other girls for their number.(Also post if I should tell her that her boyfriend is a player.)
•Her boyfriend hates me.
•Her boyfriend is so FRIKKIN annoying!!
•When some annoying kid stole my notebook, she looked MAD.

Signs she doesn't like me
•She appears to be very happy with her current boyfriend.
•She called me a nerd one time.(She was around her friend, so she could have said that just to look good to her friend.)
•About 4 other boys like her, including her friend.
•All of those signs could be for another boy.
•She could just want to be friends.

Unknown
•After the annoying kid stole my book, she asked me if she could look in it and gave me all that "Please?" crap.

So should I ask her out? She's that pretty, peppy girl that everyone likes, and I'm the kid often mistaken for a nerd, but has a lot of popular friends.

Did it ever acoure to you she doesn't actually like you, that she normaly giggles alot, and she was just being nice?

KD's...different. :P He's a nice guy, just doesn't seem like it at times.

If I were you, I'd settle with just being friendly around her for the time being. Don't tell her about her boyfriend, either--she'll think that you're just trying to break them up because the guy hates you.

Just give it time.

That is kinda the simplest way to see if she likes you, even though if she doesn't then she might get mad and try and ignore you until she forgets. Or maybe she won't, and just pretend it never happened. Even though I wouldn't count on that.

I think it would be best to just build the friendship and when she breaks up with her current...
