Does anyone know how to change their ip address or a program that can do it. I can't figure out how to.

Ip changing? I don't know, if you log on another computer like eg, libary computer, it changes the ip.

I think the only way to actually change your IP is to use a proxy server, and at that you would need to log on to the proxy every time you got on the internet...

The only other way is to switch your ISP (Internet Service Provider), which in turn will switch your IP Address.

It's illegal to change your IP address to, for example, get onto a site your normal IP is banned from.

Proxies are the best way if you want to (since most of the downloadable programs have viruses).
