New Penguin Times Paper: Issue #165

It's hard for me to type with a jammed finger, so I'll try to make this one short.

The new paper came today.The main story is the arrival of Rockhopper.The captain will arrive tomorrow and will be here awhile during Christmas time(the party).He will have a special section of Coins for Change in his quarters and a special addition of the Treasure Hunt game.Next, we review more tips and information about the Igloo Decoration contest coming next Friday.We have afew tour pages, another question page, some comics, and the events.
