| Most of it is drag and drop. You can also code a bit of it, which would make your games have a much wider variety of stuff, but most people get Gamemaker because they need something easier. Anyway, you just drag and drop stuff, make events, sprites, backgrounds, noises, objects, rooms, etc. Maybe read a few tutorials. ;) | |
