Read the post. He says very clearly that you can't post, or point out, the link to the game's forum (if there is one).

Yes, I know, but he never mentions the games site, if their is one. So, if they have a proper site, then they should be able to put a link to it.

What if the game's in Flash?

You only give information to Game Maker.

No its right, it can be spelt also with one m.

I have a question...
Are we allowed to use CP penguins AS LONG AS you give full credit to CP, NHI, and Disney, and say you own nothing? I mean, you can use it on websites, so...

Yes, you can use them, but it would silly, because no one would like it, if it was exactly CP's graphics.

Well then why was that new user's thread locked? They used a CP background but made their own penguins
