Well I made a New Army Called Club Penguin Soccer Army But the Problem is Nobody has joined yet and Im Not Advertising so Don't ban me but this is the Official Blog - http://cpsoccerarmy.wordpress.com I only just got started on it so Its not very good yet also can you join there? There was a recently added rule about users getting an infraction if they post armies when they know better.

i think he should just change the name it seens more like a team than on army.
