Can someone please tell me why every mod is a admin and half of the mods are not even on the user list this is verry confusing, and please tell me why you are doing everything else like disabling stuff

It's for cautions.

They aren't appearing because they are hidden.

They need all the staff to have the same powers during these hackings so that if there was an emergency when a staff member was on, they would be able to solve the problem.

iWaddle already explained it, I just want to add that we are getting attacked by a hacking group, so we did all that to protect CPP from getting hacked.
