HTF = Rsnail?!

For the lot of you who who don't know what HTF stands for, it stands fro Happy Tree Friends, it's an animated internet parody series containing blood and gore and cute little animals getting blown to bits. Here is a short preview: (NOTE: MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN).
Now here's where Rsnail starts coming in. There is a HTF website that is filled only with HTF games, and one of those games is called Flippy's Chat World, which I, can sadly not access to give you any screenies due to my location in Asia (I am assuming it's only accessible from North America), but from what I can see in the loading menu, it looks A LOT like CP. Well it says created by Rocketsnail Games Copyright 2000-2003 on it but that was pre-Club Penguin.

They used to make chat systems/rooms for anyone if you payed for it.

Anywayz, maybe he was asked to make the game? Maybe he helps the Happy tree friends part of mondo media?

I'm guessing they were approached by Happy Tree Friends and asked to make a chat room.

They could quite possibly have made some games we still don't know about which may have influenced Club Penguin.

Maybe Happy Tree Friends saw Club Penguin, and researched more and saw that Rsnail made it, so I guess they requested a game from him.
