Admins have disabled somethings, changed a few security settings.

That's no use though.
It's more than easy to spoof your IP.
People that are posting the pictures will be well aware of that. IP banning is no use.

I got something to report, i hope i don't get an infraction for talking about another member on this forum but this person Yellow Sub keeps posting on every topic and doesn't say anything al that comes up is his LONGGG signature i hope you understand what im talkng about he is everywhere or is it just my Computer being a bit weird or is it just a normal member on CPP!!! :S
