| (Hopes this gives me some good rep...)
1. Change the language to Portuguese.
2. Click on Whats New, (if you can find it... ;) )
3. Find a word if a funky letter.
4. Copy it.
5. Go back to English
6. Click on New Penguin. (Make a new account.)
7. When it asks for the name, click paste.
8. Do everything from there UNTIL,
9. When it asks you to sign in. Copy his name again and paste it.
10. Login.
11. YAY!!!! :D
