I should say she exists, I met her Saturday - and got her BG. I was on Breeze, can't remember the time, it was in the Stage, not the Backstage. This means that if you just wait in the stage they will probably come out.

You can make one of this in PCL/PHP I believe. Anyways, it comes in handy if you're a member - otherwise, I don't think it's that great.

Personally I think it is a possibility that you can meet Aunt Arctic, Gary, and goodness knows whomever else can be met. If I recall correctly, I don't think the article said that there's no way you can ever meet someone like Aunt Arctic. In addition, Aunt Arctic herself said in a recent paper that she thought about coming down to see what's going on. Remember, CP is always trying to improve, so maybe they finally decided to make some of the more famous penguins meetable, to make things more interesting. Things can always change, after all.
