| I know, They would be so much better if they had better borders but Paint.NET is the best cut-out thing i can find because Gimp isnt that good with cutting. | |

The issue is that your trying to edit vector art work in a bitmap based program, it could help to add some anti-aliasing to the images.

Actually, I believe he got that from Club Penguin. As I'm sure I've seen the hat somewhere else before in CLub Penguin. | |
