When you are going to give out free backgrounds like candence,rockhopper.etc.
and when you are actully waddle around instead of seating in that cozy blue pillow? :)

he isnt going to give out backgrouns cuz evrybody could get it. all he does is sit there, so u would just have to go to the dojo, click on him, & get it!
