Yeah, and the Wacom isn't a program.
It's a little tablet that lets you draw directly into your comp instead of having to use that mouse all the time.
It's like drawing on paper, really.
But the program is called Corel Paint Essientials.
It came with the tablet I bought.

I bought it for $80 after the $20 rebate, I'm not surehow much it costs in the UK, but you can Google "Wacom Tablets UK" to pull up some online carriers.
