That's right users this week was the 200th newspaper, it's great for everyone to discover this.

New item looks like a green propeller hat, shown above it show a propeller hat blueprints, well now below is from the newspaper as well:

It might mean that Tallest Mountain IS a new room!
And I hope the green propellor hat does come - I wanted it at the April Fools party but...

Yeah maybe the tallest mountain might be the new room,Maybe that green propellor hat might allow a green puffle to fly with you on jet pack adventure!! maybe i dont know but i do know that you can fly a jet pack even when your wadlling around club penguin!

The Propeller Hats make more sense to be in parties like this one, with flight. I don't see why a propeller hat has to do with pranks/AFD. I can't wait for the new item.
I also can't wait for the new room, the tallest Mountain! Maybe their going to make a mountain-climbing game.. :O

The only propellor hat I ever knew of was the red and blue one. There is a green one?

Also I bet you the Snow Cat will be on the tallest mountain XD
