It's nice, but the image you used has very low image quality. Also, try sharpening it to give a better look. Text is alright, try increasing the light of the text. Also, lower the opacity of the gradient map too.

Try cleaning the sig and remove the gradiant map, its making it look monotonous.

Thats a serious accusation! Do you have any proof to back that statement of yours? Because to tell a designer that it isnt your work really offends him/her and also you need solid proof before you accuse them of RIPPING.

Anyway, its not the best tag youve made Dirk. It does look monotonous like Trigger said and the tag is a bit messy itself. The text could be better but it does seem to fit. Good thing you blended Marcus(is it?) in though. 6/10
