Okay first your going to need to make a good size for the text
about 250WX200L would be good
but before you click OK click on advanced options
and set Fill in =Transparency

alright now find a good text to start off with
a simple one. I used rockwell bold
you can make it with any colors but Black or red is better.

right click and
Now merge both text and background layers

click on the finger(SMUDGING TOOL)
and click on the brush and use CIRCLE FUZZY (07)
set the rate around 70-75

(use the zoom tool when it helps)
Smudge until you get something like this

Now click on colours and select colour balance

It's all up to you now
my favourite balance is

Shadows
100 red
about 56 green
-40 for yellow
MINUS -40

Midtones
100 red
32-40 green
same thing for yellow

Highlights
100 red
20-30 green
-100 yellow
It changes when you use other colours just remeber that
but those are the basic colours

Once your done you should end with something like this
this is bad you can do soemthing way better
