Text: World Chillout, and something in small text but still a size that can be read: 100 Members!
Text Colour: Red
Balloons: 1 red,1blue,1green,1 yellow
Fireworks: Any
Party hats: All of club penguins aniversary hats plus the club penguin beta hat
Size: Same as CPP's
