Hey guys!

Please help me!
When ever I try to get my iPod to turn on, the screen stays black. I have put it in my iHome and my computer. What should I do?

Put it in recovery mode.
Hold down the home & on/off button for 15 seconds and then it will have a diagram of a cable, arrow and itunes logo. Plug it into your PC and restore it ;)

Update iTunes and make sure you are using an official cable.
