That's great, the background is good but some colours don't work. The border is a good size, but too dark. I like the font colour too.

I used to like watching Naruto. Now it's kinda boring. ;D Good job on the sig. I don't think you should of added a border and one of his fingers look liked their blurred. =P

Because the creators focused most their energy on Bleach. It's good.
