You seem to be getting somewhere. You need to be careful about covering the render. I am assuming Yoshi is supposed to be the focal. It is hard to spot him. You need to work on contrast. A good start would be not to cover the render with so much. Overall, I see a great improvement.

I don't think that's too bad, but it all just looks a bit like scribbles. But sometimes random scribbles create fabulous art, you know. Just take a bit of the lightning and stuff off, and try to use different colours here and there.

Try to add more to flow around the focal/render, there are too many brushes covering the focal/render, if any brushes should be covering the focal they should be covering slightly of the outline of the render. Try to add more lighting to the render, and add some white 150x-300x white brush slightly to the left of the render, and lower the opacity of the brush. Too much brushes to the left.

Make the brushes so they aren't covering the render.

It's not real bad, just erase the effects over Yoshi's face, and possibly his whole body. Perhaps using a solid color background instead of a gradient?
The font and color kinda kills it. The positioning is nice though. I like the way you put the C4D under Yoshi like that, adds flow. Add some more flow to it.
