The classic poll. It's the hand you WRITE with not the one you play ball games on. Well, I'm right handed.

Well i was right handed then i broke that hand so i trained my left hand
Then i broke it again so now i can write with BOTH

I write with my right hand. I can write with my left since I am ambidextrious.

i can write with both, but my penmanship is better with my right hand.
also as a fun fact, back as late as 20 years ago, many elementary school teachers would purposefully force left handed students to learn to right with their right hands. the idea is that people who use their left hand are inherently evil according to certain superstitions and that notion affects peoples thinking.

Writing with the right hand is the dominant gene in this world so that's why it is more common and the left handed gene is the recessive one. I'm obviously right handed.
