User of the Week

We had User of the Week before when the forum just opened in the first 4 or 5 months, but can't see it now.

The staff see who is active, helpful, follows the rules...etc and chose him to be the UOTW, gets some coins and special rank for 1 week.
Every 1 week, a new user is chosen.

It's called POTW now. Somehow it doesn't update anymore.

Yeah. You see, the badges have been stalled but I'll get an admin to add the widget back and I'll post them on the blog, too.

Penguin weekly user, User of the Week, Penguin of the week... I remember a long time ago getting UOTW/PWU/POTW was important... Now we can't even remember the name of the thing.

I can see its group at Who is online, but I can't see it, never updated.
