Sorry, but I know you're asking for strong criticism and I've got it - Your work is extremely poor but I find that understandable being a learner. The text is cut off to put 15 there, it's not a very smart look. I would advise putting a nice brushwork on it with some glitter brushes and such. Otherwise, your learning and that's great. 2/10.
