I tried to go to youtube and check my account,but all i got was this

If you mean 'broke' without money, then it wouldn't surprise me. I don't understand how Google can make a profit from such an expensive concept.

It occurs when Youtube does an update. Mostly small( you don't even notice it), it puts the site down for certain countries.
