because non members can't do anything and membership prices are too hight

Clubpenguin has changed so much since disney took over. i cant STAND even going on it anymore. EVERYONE has a full membership. and im standing there like "wtf?" what parents pay 70.00 for a GAME? at least the CPPS are free.
