Nice idea. The clouds are shakey in a few places and that transparency of them over the penguin should be solid. Penguin outline is shakey. Other than that. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THAT AS THE FORUM BANNER!
It'll look great with the three theme colors (Blue, Yellow, and Silver)
