I like that idea. I hope they use it. I think it would be good to have little tabs at the top of the page to flip through different types of furniture.

Sometimes it is just a smart robot replying though. I mean sometimes it will take like 2 weeks for a reply or literly 5 seconds I see it pop up on MSN.

Yeah, but I don't think so. Most of them are made by the customer service people. Disney does it all the time, this isn't that good. I'd say, this is the downfall of Club Penguin. :P
