It is the old page that they used while they were upgrading the site to the new version.

Hellopayton was the closest to it. It is the page that they use when the site/game is down. They just change the look of it around when they need to.

All I was saying was, they have not changed it yet. Seems like they would change it, take it offline (probably not possible since it is running off of the same server,) or atleast hide the link. :/
