1st- The bg is pretty unique lol. Maybe a different colored text? And i dont like the black pokemon much. Its cool though.
2nd-Maybe different text and text color, i also dont like the scanlines. Other than that its one of youre best.

Top one is OK. Wierd but cool background. The text needs some color and I'm not much into the black Pokemon. You need to get the colors to match.

Bottom one is OK. I'm not a fan of those scanlines. The text is OK but the color could be changed a little. The render needs cut better. The black at the top is too dark. The light coming from the bottom looks like it adds some dark in where there isn't light, not good. I like the background but the colors of the sig need to match.

The first ones BG looks like a rainbow gradient map with a polor cord filter. I also don't like the renders just because they're pixel. 4.5/10.

The second one, I think the scan lines are a little too thick and the render is a bit choppy. I also agree with RR that the text should be changed along with the color. One of your better though. 5/10.
