Umm..he has a way to go. Once he gets off brushes he should do fine. (:
Theres too many brushes,text isnt good, and the smudging of the sprite i dont like. Its ok though.

um its okay to many brushes try using some tuts and learn some effects from them

You can't rely on brushes for a good BG. Add some filters, and C4D's.

The text, text color, and the text placement need work. You shouldn't put the text all the way off to the side.

You need to work on flow and compo to.

My suggests are do a little expirementing and read some tutorials.
