K, I was randomly doing stuff in Paint.Net, Making the simple "ImpactText", When i outlined the impact text once more, It made a "metallic" colored border around the text. Outcome :

Cool! It looks like the outline for shapes on photoshop that becomes visible when you click on the vector mask..
