No, don't tell people something you don't know for sure. You can buy them, but they re only sold by the users. You can't just buy all of them with alot of credits. And you wont be PMed, The Team will keep an updated Profile of every user with a card.

You will get cards buy winning sig battle and other challenges. Also, by winning badges you may get a special card same thing with winning an Official CPP Contest.
