I just tried an already used code, and you can not use the code again after someone else.

Man, this means we have to buy the plushies for the items, and the book only gives you the book item(but the words are reusable).

Maybe I can ask my cousin to buy 4 of them, 2 for me and 2 for him.That way we could each get 4 items.What do you think about the above?

No, you can get the book for multiple penguins.

Plus the words are reusable.

Adsertif gave me the code(I asked way before the rule was released).I tried it, and it said "This code has already been used".The codes have letters in them too.

First, If your cousin bought you 2 and he doesnt know their code, it will be ok.
Second, Club Penguin is smart enough to make sure all codes are used ONCE and only once, they are not 9 year olds. [No offense]
