The pin is at the Beach.

There is a secret at the Stage, n the costume box thingy there is only one cheat:
On the first page click the radio for the Silver Wand.

Furniture Catalog things:

Page one click the Christmas ribbon for the Leaning Tree.
Page three click the Control Terminal for the Welcome mat.
Last page click the Guitar Stand for the Music Stand.

That's all. I like these updates. :D
