No, PLEASE don't add a boarder. And it isn't your best. You have nice effects but you need to work on organizing them, giving it more flow.

Your using this style too much... Focal, should NEVER be centered, Master cheif is a little too dark for the effects around him and the flow and compo are bad.

8/10. As Flubby said, Master Chief is too dark and hard to see, maybe make the colors a little bit lighter.

Work more on flow and try harder on hiding parts of different layers that include applied images or the same render/stock. Somewhere around where Master Chief is I see part of his body. Work more on flow, and too much smudging and flow. Also, work on Lighting. 7/10.
