Yesterday we had a school warning about leaving early because there was going to be an Ice-Wave, which is when it rains heavily, then all things nature freezes on the ground...Also, all of the [cement-roads, and sidewalks, and things of that nature] get hard, and icy..It almost feels as if your are on an Ice-Rink...The grass looks like Frozen Under-water Coral! :D

the storm hit my house late last night and there are 500+ schools closed and a ton of people without power.

I've never heard of an ice wave. probably we dont get but mabe 1 snow day every 2 or 3 years. im in NC. things frost here, but never snow. and only the grass does mostly because of the dew
